ARTIST BIO

I am an abstract artist working primarily with vibrant acrylics to create uplifting, joyful, and expressive works that celebrate the healing power of creativity. 

My art is rooted in personal transformation—after living with Long Covid, painting became a vital part of my recovery and a renewed sense of purpose. Drawing on my background as a psychologist and author of Finding Your WellBeing, my work explores themes of resilience, beauty, and emotional connection. 

I aim to evoke joy and well-being through colour, texture, and movement, and to inspire others navigating life’s challenges. 

Currently, I am deepening my practice through the Museum of Modern Art’s “Postwar Abstract Painting” course, where I’m exploring techniques of the New York School and integrating them into my evolving artistic voice.
